Volunteering powers CHIRLA’s everyday work. It’s part of the civic action that results in systemic change. Volunteers participate in and serve as security at marches and protests, table at events, canvass to get out the vote or the census, call and text to support ballot initiative campaigns, and help in myriad other ways. We value the work and worth of every CHIRLA volunteer. For more information contact Zuleyma Barajas at zbarajas@chirla.org.
